Westlake Restaurant Management has proudly serve the communities of Nashville for 25 years and Houston for 20 years. We are grateful for the support and success provided by these communities. Westlake includes the ability to give back by supporting local charities and businesses a integral part of our business. We have assisted hundreds of local schools, churches and charities large and small.
Below are just a few.
DONATION & REQUEST PROCEDURE AND GUIDELINES:
Westlake Restaurant Management is dedicated to giving back to charitable and philanthropic causes that improve our communities. We are committed to doing so in a relevant and consequential way. However the quantity of requests that we receive exceeds our resources. Therefore we are unable to honor every request received. If you are a non-profit organization seeking a contribution, please refer to the following guidelines when making your request.
Westlake does not provide cash donations. Our restaurants are positioned uniquely to offer exclusive dining experiences, gift cards, and other services that can assist in your fundraising efforts. Requests must be made in time to be reviewed for the following quarter. Submissions outside of this time frame cannot be considered.
Prior to: September 1 for Q1 (January-March) Prior to: January 1 for Q2 (April-June) Prior to: April 1 for Q3 (July-September) Prior to: July 1 for Q4 (October-December)
If your request is approved we will send the requested certificates directly to your organization. Please do not call the restaurants as request approvals are handled offsite. Auction item requests (Melting Pot only) will also receive a letter offering a gift bag enhancement to add value to your item at the auction. Instructions are included with the certificate on how to acquire the gift bag.
