Dustin started at the Melting Pot  in Houston shortly after it opened in 1998.   He rose steadily within the ranks until being promoted to General Manager in 2007.   Within a few years he became the Managing Partner in the business.  Dustin's steady hand has built an outstanding team of professionals through excellent mentoring and constant training.    His  dedication to relentless operations and facility improvements  is the reason that his restaurant is recognized as one of the best run and maintained  in the Melting Pot family.

Demetrius started as a part time server at the Melting Pot in 2001 while working his way through college.  He fell in love with the concept and opted for a career with the Melting Pot.  Within a few years he had become the General Manager.  His unmatched dedication, skill, integrity and commitment  earned him the Managing Partner position  at the Melting Pot and and Rodizio Grill.
